Hi! I’m Rebecca, and welcome to Whisk & Gather!

I started Whisk & Gather as a way to share my love of cooking, gathering, and creating cozy moments in the kitchen. Cooking for others is one of my love languages, and I think there’s something really special about inviting people into that part of your world. Whether it’s whipping up something simple on a weeknight or creating a homemade mocktail for a girls’ night in, I believe food brings people together in the best possible way.

Here at Whisk & Gather, I’ll be sharing my favorite recipes, kitchen tools I swear by, hosting tips, creative ideas for using up leftovers, and the little things that make life feel extra comforting. My goal is to create a space where home cooks, whether beginners or seasoned pros, can find inspiration and encouragement.

I’ve been cooking since I was a kid, mostly because I was eager to be independent. What started with learning easy meals soon turned into a passion that stretched far beyond the basics. I began experimenting with new flavors, trying cuisines I didn’t grow up with, and learning from my favorite TV cooks (Rachael Ray definitely influenced my “measure with your heart” style). These days, I’m still learning, still experimenting, and still occasionally burning the toast, but I love every part of the process.

I’m all about keeping it real in the kitchen, so I’ll be sharing not just the wins, but maybe a few flops too. Because let’s be honest, that’s half the fun.
